Account and registration

Football markets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, and other tournaments are settled based on the official final score. Markets close at the end of regular time (subject to verification plus injury time). Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in settlement if the match goes to those stages. Live markets (in-play bets) settle immediately after the event they cover—a goal market settles when the goal is scored, a corner market settles when the corner is taken. We settle markets within one hour of the match end. If a match is postponed or abandoned, unsettled markets are voided and stakes are returned. Security and account care
We protect your personal information using encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. Your identity documents (ID, proof of address) are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may disclose your information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or court order. If you forget your password, go to the Member login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username, and we will send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security reasons, we do not reset passwords over the phone or email—you must use the password reset link. If you cannot access your email account, contact our support team with proof of identity and we will help you regain access to your account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account. To enable 2FA, log into your account, go to Account Settings, and select "Security." Choose your 2FA method—SMS code or authenticator app. If you choose SMS, we will send a code to your registered mobile number each time you log in. If you choose an authenticator app, download an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, scan the QR code in your account settings, and enter the code shown in the app. Once enabled, you must enter your 2FA code in addition to your password to log in. We recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access. Store your backup codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your 2FA method.
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened—you must open a new account if you wish to use republik 365 again. Before closing your account, withdraw any remaining balance. If you have an outstanding balance when you request closure, we will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. We retain your account data for five years for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. If you are closing your account due to a problem with our service or a dispute, contact our support team first—we may be able to resolve the issue without closure.
